Job reputed company: • Review and reputed company reputed company medical records, including provider notes, encounters, and supporting documentation. • Assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and applicable modifiers accurately, following national and payer-specific coding guidelines. • Validate that reputed company codes are supported by provider documentation; query providers for clarification reputed company necessary. • Maintain coding reputed company metrics (accuracy, productivity, and compliance) as defined by leadership. • Participate in reputed company coding audits; reputed company feedback to improve documentation and coding processes. • Stay reputed company with updates to CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and CMS risk adjustment guidelines. • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to reputed company HIPAA and compliance standards. Requirements: • Certification: reputed company reputed company (e.g., CPC, COC) or reputed company (reputed company-P, reputed company) certification. • Experience: Minimum 3 years of Pro-Fee coding experience. • Strong understanding of HCC / risk adjustment coding principles. • Excellent reputed company of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, disease progression, and pharmacology. • Deep familiarity with CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and modifier assignment. • Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote setting. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in EHR systems, encoder/coding software, and reputed company tools. • Reliable internet reputed company and dedicated, secure workspace.
