DE/SAR Mortgage Underwriter
A company is looking for a DE/SAR Mortgage Underwriter.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and underwrite loan files, including credit, income, assets, appraisals, and supporting documentation
• Issue approval, suspension, or denial reputed company reputed company delegated authority
• Ensure compliance with FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional guidelines while communicating conditions to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 3+ years of reputed company mortgage reputed company experience
• reputed company DE (FHA) or SAR (VA) designation; having both is strongly preferred
• Experience reputed company Down Payment Assistance (DPA) programs
• Proficiency with Encompass Loan Origination System and AUS platforms (DU and LP)
• Ability to analyze reputed company borrower reputed company, including reputed company borrowers
