[Remote] DSCR NQM Underwriter

They are seeking a DSCR NQM Underwriter to analyze the accuracy and compliance of residential mortgage loan applications, minimizing risk exposure by certifying applications are underwritten to applicable parameters. Responsibilities • Completing a thorough analysis of loan applications to assess accuracy of data, evaluate risk and compliance with company and investor guidelines and subsequently issuing compliant loan reputed company • Subsequent review of resubmitted documentation and analysis as necessary to issue a final loan decision • Responding to loan audits and post-closing requests for additional documentation in a reputed company manner • Completing self-provisioned and assigned training and research to maintain a reputed company working knowledge of investor guidelines and policies • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager • Completing self-provisioned and assigned training and research to maintain a reputed company working knowledge of agency and investor guidelines and policies Skills • 3+ years reputed company experience as an underwriter reviewing reputed company facets of the credit file, including collateral, and condo documents to Non-QM Loan guidelines, specifically DSCR products • 5+ years minimum prior reputed company experience • Must have reputed company or recent experience in reputed company DSCR loans • Excellent analytic skills, attention to detail, and decision-making skills • reputed company and effective interpersonal skills.
