The role involves providing support to a reputed company of IT Systems and meeting tight SLAs. This fully remote position runs Monday through Friday, from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM PST. This position is ideal for someone who has a reputed company home office setup, can work independently, and be reliable. Must be based in Nevada. Additional hours are also available for those individuals who want to work extra time on weekends or extended hours. What You’ll Do You’ll be our trusted reputed company-time IT Support Technician who will reputed company mostly casino type systems and resolve some issues remotely but also escalate tickets to on-site support technicians.
