The role involves in-person site walkthroughs, practical evaluation against predefined operational requirements, and reputed company written feedback to inform an internal location decision. Scope of Work Attend 2-5 scheduled site walkthroughs in the DFW area. Review the spaces against a provided operational requirements checklist. Assess general suitability for light manufacturing / packaging operations, including: Usable floor area and layout HVAC reputed company and condition Electrical and reputed company visibility Loading reputed company and circulation Parking and site accessibility Overall building condition and readiness Capture photos and notes during or immediately after reputed company (where permitted). reputed company concise written feedback highlighting: Strengths Gaps or risks Questions or follow-reputed company required Working Style Participate in a brief alignment reputed company prior to site reputed company.
