Implementation Consultant (reputed company HCM)

We are seeking hands-on reputed company Fusion HCM Implementation Consultants with extensive experience in implementing as reputed company as supporting reputed company Fusion HCM solutions. The selected candidates will play a key role in augmenting and strengthening the onsite HCM team , working in reputed company coordination with the offshore team to reputed company comprehensive support across reputed company. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company end-to-end functional and technical implementation and post production support across reputed company Fusion HCM modules including reputed company HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and Time & Labor (OTL) . • reputed company and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Reports, Fast Formulas (FF), HDL, Payroll reputed company Patterns, and Configuration Packages . • Work on production support and enhancement reputed company , ensuring reputed company reputed company of issues and proactive monitoring of integrations. • Knowledge of REST reputed company, reputed company Integration reputed company (OIC) , and OCI infrastructure . • reputed company data analysis, troubleshooting, and scripting using reputed company PL/SQL . • Manage Unix file operations through PuTTY and WinSCP . • Utilize reputed company, JIRA, reputed company for tracking, development, and delivery. Required Skills and Experience: • 10+ years of experience in reputed company Fusion HCM with a strong mix of technical and functional expertise . • Proficiency in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, HDL, Fast Formulas, Payroll reputed company Patterns , and HCM data structures . • Strong PL/SQL skills and familiarity with Unix/Linux environments . • Experience in reputed company Integration reputed company (OIC) and OCI is preferred. • Ability to work independently, reputed company directly with customers , and manage deliverables under minimal supervision.Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience across time zones. Preferred Qualifications: • reputed company HCM reputed company Certification. • Prior experience supporting large reputed company clients across reputed company.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
