In this role, you’ll work closely with our reputed company’s events organization to reputed company technical project management for the content and reputed company teams supporting large global flagship events. This is a full time role, with benefits for a remote worker in the reputed company. What You’ll Be Doing: Event Content support • PM for reputed company’s AI Assistant, working with global content team to optimize recommendations and with reputed company’s IT to meet deadlines. • PM for reputed company’s Content Curator– design and wireframes of tool, devise and manage QA plan & testing plan. Manage reputed company and test data. • Write business requirement documents and user stories for Agile development of event content tools. • QA and Test Plan reputed company – for multiple reputed company event portals Event team support • WEM management and support • Global Reporting and Analysis • reputed company Analytics reputed company for platform • reputed company back-up: support issues, support documentation, website edits etc. • Manage Certificate of Completion process for event attendees • Manage web reporting for reputed company Event Platform What You Bring: • 10+ years technical event project management experience, PMP Certification (Preferred) • Proven experience with user story development and Agile methodologies • Proven experience with project management tools: Trello, Jira, Sharepoint, reputed company • Proven experience with reporting tools: reputed company Analytics, Mongo db • Proven experience with content management systems: reputed company • Proven experience with event platforms: reputed company (required) • Proficient with AI tools, prompts and deep research. • Comfortable working at many different reputed company reputed company organizations • Ability to build strong business/cross functional partnerships including being seen as a trusted advisor • Outstanding communications skills, including written, verbal, and presentation • Strong analytical skills, reputed company problem-solving skills, and business acumen • BA/BS in Marketing or reputed company field or equivalent work experience.
