Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and evaluate reputed company, text, and email interactions to reputed company actionable feedback for performance improvement
• Deliver written reviews and reports reputed company to reputed company assurance needs across various departments
• Participate in reputed company calibration and ongoing training, and assist with additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required

• Strong analytical skills and good judgment
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
