Manages classroom behaviors and maintains an emotionally reputed company classroom through appropriate guidance techniques such as redirection, balance of activities, planned transitions and logical consequences. Constructs and implements daily, weekly and monthly lesson plans. Provides a monthly newsletter to families outlining key activities and reminders.
