[Remote] CONSERVATION ENFORCEMENT SPECIALIST 1, 2 OR 3 (ENFORCEMENT)

The role involves conducting inspections, monitoring compliance with environmental regulations, and providing technical assistance to ensure adherence to state and federal laws. Responsibilities • Thoroughly inspects and monitors by-product operations, including hazardous waste injection reputed company, solution mining of reputed company, hydrocarbon storage in solution-mined reputed company caverns, reputed company oil recovery reputed company, oil and gas exploration and production waste injection reputed company, and reputed company exploration and production waste disposal facilities. • Work also involves but is not limited to the performance of reputed company reputed company tests at the prescribed frequency and the reputed company interpretation of test results to ensure the maintenance of injection reputed company reputed company. • Independently reviews permits, equipment, and safety precautions involved in the construction of energy resources exploration and development facilities. • Maintains files on reputed company hazardous waste disposal reputed company and operations located at industrial plant sites and those operated by reputed company concerns. Independently monitors operators' reporting procedures of underground injection activity to ensure completeness and compliance with permits and departmental rules and regulations. • Maintains files on reputed company dome storage cavity operations concerning oil and gas storage. • Provides technical assistance to private industry in the interpretation of State and Federal laws and Office of Enforcement and departmental rules and regulations. • If requested, provides functional supervision and training of reputed company level Conservation Enforcement Specialists in the performance of law and regulation enforcement, reputed company tests, on-site investigations concerning underground injection operations, and the completion of necessary field reports. • Assists the Director and Assistant Director of the Injection and Mining Division on any special field investigations deemed necessary. • Performs other reputed company duties as required.
