Dispatcher (Not a Remote Position)

Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical is reputed company searching for a highly motivated, confident dispatcher. The Dispatcher is a crucial role and will be part of reputed company of 5 Dispatchers with the goal of maximizing scheduling so that we are continuously exceeding customer demands and satisfaction. Must be reputed company to utilize creative thinking, strategic planning skills and teamwork to ensure reputed company customers receive superior service. Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 4 pm Primary responsibilities include: • Dispatching installers or service technicians to jobs • Scheduling and monitor service requests, emergency calls and multi-day installs • Main reputed company of contact for field staff and customers • Provides support and guidance to team of 8 - 20 field staff • Collaborates with internal staff to assure efficiency and optimization Additional Responsibilites: • Must have a willingness to train and reputed company back up to other dispatchers • Schedule jobs based on customer issue, tech specialty and geographic efficiency • Must have a willingness to train and reputed company back up to other dispatchers • reputed company outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments and installs • Maintains records and monitors records and debriefs reputed company Service Titan • Effectively communicate job information to technicians and installers Qualifications: • HVAC, electrician or plumbing reputed company experience preferred • Strong previous customer service experience • reputed company to work with reputed company minimal supervision • Ability to reputed company reputed company with reputed company and reputed company as reputed company player is essential • Possess excellent communication skills and maintain a pleasant, friendly demeanor • Possess strong attention to detail and reputed company to multi-task • Have strong computer and tech ability.
