Interior Design Project Assistant (Austin, TX – Local Only)st

About the Role: Adella Design is a boutique interior design studio based in Austin, TX, creating bold, story-driven spaces across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. We’re seeking a hands-on, local Project Assistant to support day-to-day design operations, errands, and on-site tasks. This role is perfect for someone who loves design, organization, and a fast-paced creative environment. This is an as-needed position — hours will vary depending on current project phases. Most work can be done on your own schedule, but occasional on-site help or errands will be scheduled in advance with notice. Responsibilities: - Assist with on-site design projects and installations (residential, commercial, and Airbnb). - Run errands — furniture pickups, returns, fabric samples, etc. -Organize and manage deliveries and inventory. -Help set up styling days, photo shoots, and client presentations. -Coordinate with vendors and trade professionals as needed. Optional: Support with Canva graphics, social media captions, and digital content creation. Requirements: -Must be based in Austin, Texas. -Must have a reliable vehicle (truck or large SUV) for transporting furniture and décor. -Strong attention to detail and time management. -Positive, professional, and adaptable attitude. -Interest in interior design and creative projects. Bonus Skills: -Experience with Canva, social media, or photography. -Familiarity with interior design, styling, or construction environments.
