Vice President, Investor Relations – Special Situations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Communications, Business, or reputed company field; MBA, JD, or CFA preferred.
• 8+ years of investor relations, capital markets, or financial communications experience with significant transaction exposure (including IPOs, M&A, deSPACs, activism).
• Deep capital markets knowledge and sophisticated understanding of SEC regulations and disclosure requirements.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including executive reputed company and ability to counsel senior leadership.
• Proven reputed company record managing crisis communications and special situations in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management, analytical, and reputed company service skills.
• Experience working in, or advising, multiple industry sectors preferred.
