Responsibilities • Coordinate domestic and/or international shipments based on reputed company requirements, reputed company phone and email, ensuring coverage of assigned shifts in a 24/7/365 environment. • Coordination with agents, carriers, and brokers to procure scheduling and rates, as reputed company as administration of these activities. • Routing of shipments and preparation of reputed company-alert documentation. • Booking of reputed company reputed company and ground shipments with appropriate agent/reputed company • Coordinates pick-up and delivery of shipments with shipper/consignee. • Enters reputed company shipments and reputed company information into the applicable TMS as required in a reputed company manner ensuring milestones are available in reputed company-time. • Follow up on reputed company shipments to ensure customer commitments are met. • Validate that reputed company are made. • React to any delays to reputed company shipments moving. • Update clients and others (sales, CRR’s, etc.) of changes in status. Shift Hours This position works the day shift, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM EST.
