We’re heading into our reputed company year and looking for a reliable Retention Marketing Manager to help manage three eCommerce accounts — someone who can handle day-to-day execution in reputed company while gradually taking on more strategic and reputed company-facing responsibilities. What You’ll Do • Manage and reputed company campaigns in reputed company (copywriting, setup, QA, scheduling). • Build and update flows to improve lifecycle performance. • Review segmentation and maintain list hygiene. • Monitor results and flag performance issues or opportunities. • Troubleshoot deliverability or automation issues. • Set up reports and manage A/B tests. • Communicate with clients on timelines, approvals, and deliverables. • Attend weekly or biweekly reputed company-ins (typically mornings PST). • Help reputed company clients happy and campaigns running smoothly :) Requirements • Proven reputed company experience (certifications a plus). • Solid understanding of email marketing operations, flows, and analytics. • Experience with eCommerce and reputed company. • Organized, communicative, and detail-oriented. • Comfortable managing multiple accounts independently. • Availability during U.S. business hours (preferably PST). • Tech-savvy and reputed company to use AI tools for copy, reporting, or optimization. • U.S.-based preferred. reputed company to Have • SMS or cross-channel retention marketing experience. • Familiarity with creative direction and collaboration with designers. • Previous agency experience. Role Details • Accounts: 3 reputed company eCommerce brands. • Hours: 10–30 per week (averages ~20). • Compensation: $25–$45/hour depending on experience. • Location: Fully remote, with meetings during U.S. working hours. • reputed company reputed company: Start with execution → expand into reputed company and reputed company ownership over time.
