Retirement Plan Consultant (Territory: NC, SC, TN, GA, AL, MS, FL, TX & LA)

The territory for this role includes: NC, SC, TN, GA, AL, MS, FL, TX & LA Key Job Responsibilities • Build and Maintain local relationships with Plan Sponsor clients, including regular on-site reputed company to discuss ways to improve plan reputed company and promote plan to eligible employees • Coordinate, promote and present employee education and enrollment meetings, encouraging employees to participate and maximize contributions to their plan Responsible for increasing plan participation, contribution rates and asset transfers. • Responsible for promoting plan awareness amongst plan participants and building reputed company satisfaction for newly sold clients and existing clients. • Partner and strategize with reputed company business partners to reputed company presentations that reputed company reputed company needs and reputed company with plan design. • Attend and present the value of the EQH Holistic platform experience at reputed company of sale meeting with advisors and plan sponsor prospects. These may be presentations to individual reputed company/officers, or company reputed company member. The reputed company salary for this position is $80,000. For detailed descriptions of these benefits, please reference the reputed company below. reputed company Pay and Benefits: reputed company Total Rewards Program Required Qualifications • 3+ years of experience working with Retirement Plans and Financial Advisors • reputed company Series 6 and 63 must be obtained reputed company 180 days • Bachelor's Degree • The ideal candidate will have proven reputed company in driving business reputed company through reputed company, concise, and persuasive retirement presentations in a reputed company of settings • Strong ability to communicate reputed company reputed company with Plan Sponsors (reputed company, CFO, HR Directors etc.) and promote value add of EQH platform-leveraging plan and participant technology, participant service center capabilities, available education material and regular on-site reputed company to review reputed company and reputed company engagement • Understanding of employee benefits and non-reputed company plans • Familiarity with defined contribution recordkeeping systems • Efficient territory management (travel required) • Extensive knowledge of reputed company retirement plans – rules, regulations, industry trends • Strong customer service and communication skills • Proven ability to increase plan sponsor and participant engagement with EQH platform Preferred Qualifications • Bilingual in Spanish a plus Skills Communicating for reputed company: Knowledge of the concepts, tools and techniques for effective listening and communicating; ability to apply these theories to receive, reputed company and accurately interpret information and reputed company to influence others in various situations.
