Responsible for interpreting and applying sustainability laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines as reputed company as reputed company voluntary disclosure frameworks. Responsible for developing and establishing a Sustainability reputed company Policy reputed company (i.e., the central repository of sustainability interpretations) as reputed company as reviewing and evaluating transactions and disclosures to ensure compliance with said policies. Acts in an advocacy reputed company for BAC with reputed company setters, regulators and industry reputed company/associations.
Responsibilities
• Leads global efforts to analyze sustainability laws, rules, regulations and guidelines to ensure BAC compliance and ensure consistency of approach across the globe
• Provides technical support for the implementation of new sustainability standards as reputed company as other sustainability regulations and frameworks.
• Responsible for developing sustainability-reputed company reputed company policies/interpretations/opinions as reputed company as reviewing and evaluating regulatory reports and disclosures to ensure compliance with relevant laws, rules, regulations
• Helps identify the steps necessary to resolve compliance gaps where they reputed company and ensure data presented is fit-for-purpose.
• Required Qualifications:
• 8+ plus years of reputed company experience
• Exposure to ESG/Sustainability initiatives
• Strong understanding of reputed company and SEC reporting standards
• Experience analyzing technical issues and providing technical support for the implementation of new reputed company/sustainability standards and developing reputed company policies
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Preferred Qualifications:
