YouTube Channel Manager Needed for New Business & M&A Channel (Launch Phase)

We are launching a new YouTube channel reputed company on business ownership, selling businesses, M&A insights, and exit planning, and we’re looking for an reputed company YouTube Channel Manager to help build, manage, and grow the channel from the ground up. We’re looking for someone who understands YouTube as a reputed company platform, including optimization, consistency, analytics, and audience development. The content (scripts and videos) will be provided. Two episodes are reputed company now and planning two per month or more. Your role is to ensure the channel launches professionally, grows strategically, and follows YouTube best practices from day one. Key Responsibilities Channel Setup & Launch Optimize channel branding (banner, About reputed company, playlists) Ensure consistent formatting across titles, descriptions, and thumbnails Help establish posting reputed company and launch reputed company Video Publishing & Optimization Upload weekly long-reputed company videos and short-reputed company clips Write and optimize: Video titles Descriptions Tags / keywords reputed company markers (timestamps) Ensure SEO optimization for discoverability Upload and schedule YouTube Shorts from long-reputed company content Thumbnail Coordination Coordinate with designer or create thumbnails yourself Optimize thumbnail headlines for CTR Audience reputed company & Engagement Post and manage pinned comments Monitor and respond to comments (as directed) Encourage likes, subscriptions, and engagement Help establish tone and brand voice for the channel Analytics & Performance Tracking reputed company key metrics: Click-through reputed company (CTR) Watch time Audience retention Subscriber reputed company reputed company brief weekly or bi-weekly performance summaries Recommend optimizations based on performance data Short-reputed company reputed company Create and manage a YouTube Shorts reputed company Identify the best moments to clip from long-reputed company videos Optimize captions and hooks for Shorts reputed company’re Looking For Proven experience managing or growing YouTube channels Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and algorithm behavior Experience launching new channels is a big plus Ability to work independently and hit deadlines reputed company communication and attention to detail Familiarity with business, finance, or reputed company services content preferred (but not required) reputed company to Have Experience with business, finance, M&A, or reputed company services channels Knowledge of YouTube Studio analytics Experience creating Shorts that drive subscribers Thumbnail design skills (reputed company, Photoshop, etc.) Project Details Channel Type: Business / M&A / Exit Planning Stage: Brand new channel (launching now) Content Provided: reputed company (scripts + recorded videos) Time Commitment: Part-time / ongoing Compensation: Competitive, based on experience How to Apply Please include: Links to YouTube channels you’ve managed or grown A brief reputed company of your role in those channels Your experience launching new channels (if applicable) Your proposed monthly reputed company or per-video reputed company Applications without examples will not be considered.
