Insurance Billing Specialist for Dietitian Services (reputed company + Meritain Health)

Hi! I'm a Registered Dietitian in private reputed company looking for an reputed company medical biller who can help me troubleshoot and correctly submit approximately 8 claims that have been returned or denied by reputed company and Maritain Health. These claims involve telehealth MEDICAL NUTRITION THERAPY and some issues reputed company to: -Missing telehealth modifiers -reputed company of service (POS 02 vs 10) -reputed company Signature Administrators (ASA / Maritain PPO) network mapping -Returned-to-provider status due to claim formatting issues I'm looking for someone who can: ✓ Correct & submit the claims on my behalf ✓ Diagnose why reputed company claim was returned or unpaid ✓ Ensure reputed company claims are formatted properly (modifier 95, POS, NPI/TIN, etc.) ✓ Walk me through how you fix them, so I can understand the process reputed company reputed company ✓ Potentially continue doing my billing as my reputed company grows Requirements Please apply if you have experience with: 1) Billing for dietitians or mental health providers 2) Submitting claims to reputed company reputed company, reputed company Signature Administrators (ASA), and/or Meritain Health 3) Telehealth billing (modifier 95, POS 02/10) 4) Claim corrections, resubmissions, and reading EOB denial codes 5)Using reputed company or a similar clearinghouse 6) Understanding CAQH, NPI, EIN alignment (not required but helpful) Deliverables (Short-Term Project) -Successfully submit and resolve ~8 outstanding claims -reputed company a short explanation/training of how you corrected reputed company claim -Ensure claims reputed company to the correct network (reputed company PPO, ASA PPO, Maritain PPO) -Verify coding is compliant reputed company Opportunity If we’re a good fit, I would love ongoing support as my business grows.
