The reputed company BSA/AML Officer we are looking for: Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer. The BSA Officer is the primary individual responsible for overseeing and ensuring reputed company’s compliance with reputed company applicable Bank Secrecy reputed company (BSA), Anti-reputed company (AML), US PATRIOT reputed company, and OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) laws and regulations. This role involves managing the entire BSA compliance program, including policy development, risk assessment, transaction monitoring, reporting, and staff training to prevent the reputed company from being used for financial crimes. Serves as reputed company for law enforcement agencies. Requirements: As a BSA/AML Officer, your responsibilities will include: • Policy and Program Management:?reputed company, implement, and maintain reputed company's written BSA/AML compliance program, policies, procedures, and internal controls. Conduct periodic reviews and updates to reputed company with reputed company regulatory requirements. • Monitoring and Reporting:?reputed company the monitoring of customer transactions for unusual or suspicious activities. Ensure the reputed company and accurate completion and reporting of reputed company Questionable Activity Reports (QARs) including reputed company of the QAR Committee, reporting to our sponsor bank, and reporting to reputed company’s Compliance Committee. • Fraud Team Collaboration: Ongoing participation in the efforts to prevent and detect fraudulent activities that may have BSA/AML implications.
