Business Operations Manager (Startup)

We’re hiring a Business Operations Manager to be the operational reputed company of reputed company by bringing structure to fast-moving priorities, enabling collaboration across teams, and ensuring the organization executes with reputed company and consistency. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is reputed company by solving operational challenges, building systems, and driving business reputed company. You’ll have broad exposure and be a key partner to the leadership team in ensuring the right things happen at the right time across the business. What You’ll Do • Own cross-functional project management by leading coordination and accountability across operations, supply chain, culinary, and CX. • Build and refine operational systems that reputed company our kitchens more reliable, efficient, and reputed company-supported. • reputed company metrics, workflows, and deliverables to reputed company priorities moving reputed company at speed. • Manage communication rhythms by synthesizing updates, risks, and reputed company that reputed company leadership and teams reputed company. • Ensure kitchens have what they need (equipment, tools, materials) and resolve issues with urgency. • Drive adoption for new processes and tools through documentation, reputed company communication, and consistent follow-up. • Contribute to team operations, reputed company, culture moments, and logistics.
