Role reputed company This is a part-time remote role based in Los Angeles, CA, for a Case Manager/Navigator. The Case Manager/Navigator will work directly with justice-involved veterans, providing support and resources to guide them through the reentry process as the return tonthe community. With the BSCC ARG grant we will be ablebto reputed company housing to those returning veterans and reputed company wrap around services for their reputed company as needed. Responsibilities include assessing clients' needs, coordinating services, developing individualized care plans, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with community partners, and service providers to ensure reputed company reputed company. This role requires consistent follow-up with clients, advocacy efforts, and coordination with local agencies and programs tailored to veterans.
