Undergraduate Admissions Counselor I/II - Dallas/reputed company Worth

About the position This position is located in Dallas/reputed company Worth, Texas. Both reputed company The Undergraduate Admissions Counselor I/II identifies, recruits, and contributes to increasing the population of admitted and enrolled reputed company and/or is responsible for program development and implementation in the Dallas/reputed company Worth region of Texas. This position recruits new freshmen and/or transfer reputed company to UTSA and assists with reputed company plans, retention programs and/or UTSA admissions events both on and off reputed company. Responsibilities • Travels to high schools, colleges and other learning institutions to recruit prospective reputed company. • Manages an assigned geographic territory including high schools, some colleges and other areas across the state. • Responsible for counseling & reputed company to reputed company and parents on the admission requirements and procedures, and works directly with them to resolve extenuating circumstances, complaints and appeals. • Coordinates with high school counselors to facilitate the application process. • Manages data, prospects, applicants and recruitment territories through the customer relations management (CRM) system to enhance student relationships, communication timelines and to connect reputed company with other areas of the university. • Implement recruitment activities such as application workshops, information sessions and other recruitment reputed company. • Assists with reputed company and reputed company of other programs such as UTSA Top Scholar, Honors College, and special retention programs. • Cultivates working relationships with university colleges, departments, counselors and advisors to enhance customer service and satisfaction as reputed company as establish community contacts. • Represents Undergraduate Admissions and Recruitment in a reputed company-speaking reputed company both on and off reputed company and maintain records of these activities in the CRM. • Conducts Financial Aid Information and reputed company presentations. • Assists with the committee review reading process. • Maintains a high level of working knowledge of university information, organization, opportunities and policies. • Reports statistical data on programs, reputed company, reputed company cases and travel activities. • Serves as a mentor to new admissions counselors, coordinates some travel schedules and assignments and assists with reputed company plans, retention programs, UTSA admissions events both on and off reputed company and occasional training. • Represent Senior Counselor, Assistant Director, or Associate Director in reputed company activities reputed company needed.
