Continuous Improvement Coach (Black Belt)
About the position
The Continuous Improvement for PPO Profits will play a critical role in driving process improvement initiatives across the PPO Profits organization. As a Lean Six Sigma expert, this role will focus on leading high-impact CI projects that deliver measurable financial benefits while enhancing both customer and employee experiences. The CI Coach will also collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage IT software RFP processes and act as a project manager for key PPO Profits initiatives. Additionally, this role will coach PPO Profits leaders in the application of CI principles, building a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
• Leverages Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools to identify and generate significant, sustainable efficiencies and expense reduction opportunities that ideally improve the customer and employee experience
• Coach PPO Profits organization leaders in the application of Continuous Improvement principles and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Work with process owners to ensure processes are measured, monitored, and controlled using key metrics and standard work, ensuring improvements are sustained over time
• Collaborate with Senior, Director, and Mid-level management across functional areas to build support for CI initiatives and the broader BCI mission
• Provide leadership that inspires continuous improvement, driving the rigor, value, and benefits of CI across the organization
• Contribute to Benco's Continuous Improvement program by identifying and sharing CI best practices from inside and outside the organization
• Use project management methodologies to lead multi-department process improvement projects, collaborating with process owners and project team members through planning, implementation, and control phases
• Manage the end-to-end process for business software RFPs, including gathering requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and overseeing the selection process
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
• 4-6 years Experience leading process change projects related to the implementation and use of lean Six Sigma process improvements
• 1-3 years Experience managing or contributing to IT software sourcing
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
