Contract Administrator - Project Management

As a Contract Administrator, you will manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and executing licensing and promotional agreements. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to ensure compliance in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely on a globally recognized IP. location: Telecommute job type: Contract work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Draft, review, and administer a variety of agreements, including product licensing and promotional contracts. Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to align contracts with business goals. Manage the contract lifecycle from initial request through final execution and proper archiving. Proactively track contract terms, renewal dates, key deliverables, and obligations. Maintain an organized, centralized repository of contracts and related legal documentation. qualifications: Experience within the Consumer Products, Licensing, Retail, or Entertainment industries. Familiarity with intellectual property rights and brand protection principles. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
