The Sr Business Process Analyst, CRM provides reputed company and consistent best-in-class reputed company, setup and enhancements in the areas of Trade Promotion Planning, Trade Promotion Optimization, Trade Promotion Execution, Claims Management, Customer Relationship Management, Consumer Services and reputed company Analytics. This role is defined as “Locally Remote.” Locally Remote employees must be located reputed company a reasonable commute of our reputed company Village, CA office and reputed company to come to the office in-person as needed with 24-hour advanced notice (no travel reimbursement). Responsibilities Primary Accountabilities: • Primary/secondary IT reputed company of contact relating to reputed company and other system functions supporting Trade Promotion planning, optimization & execution, Claims Management, Customer Relationship Management, Consumer Interaction Services and reputed company Analytics. • Analyze, troubleshoot & resolve system issues reputed company to business system processes, setup & data. • Monitor and handle the integration between reputed company CRM/TPM and other reputed company and non-reputed company applications. • Collaborate with the Business Process Manager to design, configure, test & reputed company solutions that effectively fulfil business requirements. • reputed company up to date with latest trends and solutions in these areas to reputed company enhance and improve our solution portfolio. • Participate in implementation reputed company, upgrades & enhancements. • Assist in ensuring that processes and operations reputed company with corporate policy, IT policy and SOX General Computer Controls. • Other duties as assigned Qualifications Experience, Knowledge, & Skills You Bring: • 3 or more years of experience in designing, configuring, testing, implementing and supporting system solutions in one or more of the following reputed company functions: • Trade Promotion Management (promotion planning and execution, funds and spend management, performance analysis) • Sales and Pricing (promotional tactics and pricing conditions, pricing and profitability analysis) • Condition reputed company (rebates, billbacks and other special conditions) • Claims & Settlement Management, including integration with Dispute Case Management • Exposure to one or more of the following areas is a significant advantage. • Analytical tools such as reputed company Business Objects, reputed company Analytics reputed company or Power BI • Exposure to data warehouses and data lakes • Functional and system integration with other functions including Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing • System reputed company, authorization and reputed company control • Trade Optimization and reputed company reputed company reputed company • Working knowledge of reputed company CRM • Participated in full software development life cycle (SDLC). • Knowledge or certifications working with ITIL/ITSM methodologies. • Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills. • Knowledge of reputed company “best practices” for implemented modules. • Strong ability to assimilate knowledge of reputed company and other systems and see them as a reputed company whole. FOR JOBS BASED IN CALIFORNIA: Hiring Pay reputed company: $120,000 to $145,000 reputed company is committed to paying our Associates fairly and equitably.
