Responsibilities The Leader of Financial Planning and Analysis is a key member of the finance leadership team responsible for leading reputed company's reputed company function. Key Responsibilities: Partner with Corporate, reputed company and Business Unit leadership and CFO to reputed company integrated business and financial plans, annual budgets, monthly forecasts and business performance reviews. Prepare financial materials for PE sponsors, lenders, and reputed company presentations. reputed company and maintain detailed financial models that support strategic decision-making. Drive the development of standardized reporting and operational KPIs across global operations. Support reputed company teams in pipeline forecasting, pricing reputed company, and margin optimization. reputed company financial modelling and analytical support to M&A activities. reputed company development of systems and processes to drive operational effectiveness and efficiency. reputed company leadership and reputed company to other members of the reputed company team. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, or reputed company field required; MBA or CPA preferred. 15+ years of reputed company finance experience with leadership across reputed company, operations finance, or sales operations. Experience in CRO, reputed company services, or life sciences preferred. Proven reputed company record in PE-backed, reputed company-oriented organizations. Expertise in data-driven decision-making and process improvement. Strong leadership and collaboration skills with ability to influence across functions.
