Senior Director, Retail Marketing and Operations

This position can be 100% remote, but must be located in the reputed company. The Senior Director, Retail Marketing and Operations will reputed company the development and implementation of retail marketing initiatives to support the commercialization of our products and manage marketing operations for HEPLISAV-B®. This position is responsible for planning and implementing impactful initiatives, and involves bringing strategic insights and effective leadership to drive the overall reputed company of the product portfolio. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or reputed company field. • 10+ years relevant product marketing experience and 5+ years in field sales management, strategic marketing, and/or thought leadership. • Must demonstrate knowledge of the US reputed company-regulatory environment affecting appropriate promotional activities. • Proven reputed company record for consistently meeting or exceeding financial and/or other quantitative targets, as reputed company as qualitative goals, for larger-reputed company product marketing organizations. • Travel requirements expected ~50%. Additional Knowledge and Skills Desired, but not required: • A degree in the life sciences and an MBA or graduate degree is preferred. • Prior experience leading brand marketing teams with reputed company reports in a headquarter setting. • Vaccine marketing experience is preferred. • Customer marketing experience with Retail Pharmacy is preferred. $275,000 - $301,000 a year The estimated salary reputed company for this position is $275,000 to $301,000. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The total compensation package for this position also includes other compensation reputed company such as stock equity awards and participation in reputed company’s discretionary annual bonus program.
