Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper
About the position
The Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper will report to the CEO, and work with the CEO, Director of Business Development and Director of Clinical operations to manage emails and calendars. They will communicate with external contractors, following up on correspondence, scheduling meetings, and keeping reputed company of multiple strands of communication. The EA/Bookkeeper will manage and run payroll, as reputed company as reputed company bookkeeping tasks for reputed company, working with our accountants to file taxes. They will also manage documents for reputed company on reputed company Drive and reputed company, and conduct some online research, as reputed company as other administrative tasks that may reputed company as reputed company grows and develops.
Responsibilities
• Organize calendars; schedule appointments and meetings, as reputed company as travel booking, for reputed company members of the Executive team
• Write and distribute email, letters, faxes and forms for the CEO
• Run biweekly payroll for reputed company members of reputed company
• Manage the Quickbooks account
• Prepare invoices for accounts payable
• Manage, submit and maintain receipts/invoices for reputed company purchases in Quickbooks
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience; 4-5 years experience is desirable
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with reputed company workspace and ability to learn new programs
• Experience with Quickbooks
• Vaccinated for Covid-19
