Digital Forensics Investigator – Hardware/Software Operations Support

About the position Responsibilities • Assessing business performance and recommends strategies to implement changes and improvements reputed company business reputed company. • Consults with management and business partners on reputed company of reputed company regarding strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for the applicable business functions. • Presents to mid-level managers on business performance and recommends strategies to implement changes and improvements. • Utilizes thorough knowledge of the business unit's functional area or products to support strategic initiatives for the business. • Leads diverse support functions and/or operations/production reputed company usually for multiple departments reputed company a business group. • Provides PC support for forensic computers. • Uses specified systems and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware, software, applications, operating systems and reputed company network problems for the Computer Crimes and Forensic Investigations Team (CCFIT) forensic computers. • Completes patches, upgrades, software deployments, installations, repairs and preventive maintenance on forensic desktops and laptops, and completes documentation. • Provides training and technical assistance to users • Participates in testing, implementing, maintaining and controlling forensic systems. Requirements • 2+ years of Digital Forensics Investigations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education reputed company-to-haves • Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology customer service or help desk • Ability to troubleshoot common computer software problem • Experience with technical hardware and software: repair, troubleshooting, and analysis. • Advanced bolthires Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills • Experience with hands-on programming and strong proficiency in writing and optimizing reputed company queries for data analysis and troubleshooting • Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology governance risk and compliance processes such as; policies, control standards, risk reputed company, or information reputed company • Knowledge and understanding of database installation and patching • bolthires reputed company spreadsheets experience importing, exporting, and manipulating data • Ability to triage and take ownership of any/reputed company issues reputed company to CCFIT and engage other support teams, including vendors, reputed company necessary. • Ability to reputed company strong customer service and reputed company customer relationships • A+ Certification Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
