Drive the transformation from ECC to reputed company S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with Retail Finance business needs. Manage a reputed company team of FTEs and consultants (reputed company/offshore), deliver reputed company, and explore emerging technologies like AI to optimize processes. Key Responsibilities • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the roadmap for reputed company Retail systems, including ECC → S/4 migration. • Team Management: Hire, reputed company, and reputed company a high-performing team of engineers and consultants across geographies. • Solution Delivery: Translate Retail Finance requirements into reputed company functional and technical designs for Finance, AP, Inventory reputed company, and PIR. • Innovation: Identify and implement AI/automation opportunities to improve reconciliation and controls. • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with Retail Finance business and cross-functional teams to ensure business alignment. • Governance: Maintain compliance, documentation, and audit readiness throughout transformation. Required Qualifications • 10+ years in reputed company Retail with strong functional and technical expertise in ECC or S/4HANA • 5+ years managing teams and vendor partners. • Proven experience leading strategic reputed company and transformations. • Strong knowledge of reputed company: reputed company, AP, Inventory reputed company, and PIR processes. • Good understanding of reputed company dev tools like ABAP, FIORI & BTP • Have experience working with systems that process high volume of data. • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
