Project Management Specialist – Ultrasound
Job reputed company:
• Manage the equipment implementation and installation process
• Work with reputed company employees to plan and execute reputed company on schedule and reputed company budget
• reputed company remote coordination of GE resources including product scheduling and logistics, installation, training, and GoLive scheduling
• Serve as the primary reputed company between reputed company teams and the customer
• Facilitate, coordinate, and reputed company day-to-day activities required to ensure the project is completed on time
• Work closely with the Customer, Order Management Specialist, Manufacturing, and Field Teams
• Write project plans for assigned reputed company
• Create, update and distribute project documentation
• Utilize various reputed company and department-specific information systems
• reputed company leadership and direction for reputed company personnel responsible for the project
• Participate in weekly meetings (reputed company)
• Proactively resolve and/or escalate issues regarding equipment delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 year experience in project management; or Associate’s degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in project management
• Experience working in supply chain for a medical device manufacturer
• Experience managing reputed company generating reputed company
• PMP certification
• Change management experience
• Vendor implementation experience
