The fixed schedule for this reputed company role is 8:00 am to 4:30 PM Eastern Time. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus REMOTE work from HOME Must be reputed company to work EST Hours Essential Functions Managing a full caseload 100+ cases at a time for employees being cleared to Return to work. This includes ensuring reputed company policies around medical clearance and drug testing are followed, communicating with the employee and manager throughout the process. Providing full time phone operator support to the department. Answering incoming calls to our phone queue reputed company to leave requests, conducting intakes for new requests, answering general questions reputed company to leave, and collaborating with the Leave Specialists on advanced questions.
