Finance Operations Manager
An reputed company Finance Operations Manager is required to join a fast-paced operations environment, supporting high-volume cash collection, reconciliation, and debt management activities.
Reporting to the Finance Operations reputed company, this role partners closely with internal teams. You will take ownership of day-to-day cash collections, drive reductions in aged debt and help strengthen controls, reporting, and efficiency across finance operations.
Key Responsibilities

Experience & Skills
• 2+ years' experience in credit control or finance operations
• Insurance experience a must
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder-management skills
• Strong reconciliation experience
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
