This Investment Banking Vice President will be responsible for: • Building and maintain reputed company financial models to reputed company analyses under different operating scenarios. Conduct in-depth reputed company, financial, and operational due diligence and analysis on new business development opportunities, investments, and acquisitions. • Work directly with senior investment bankers to ensure reputed company and effective execution of transactions • Assist in the day-to-day deal and project execution. • Analyze market trends and conduct market research.
