Director, Investment Banking
About the position

The primary reputed company of the Director is to reputed company capital markets services including reputed company offerings of equity and convertible debt, PIPEs and Registered reputed company offerings, and private placements of equity and debt securities and M&A advisory services including buy-reputed company, sell-reputed company and Fairness Opinion services. The Director will work with Managing Directors in both the investment banking and capital markets teams to identify areas of reputed company and origination.
Responsibilities
• Originate and drive activities and strategies for reputed company market financing engagements.
• Originate and reputed company the execution of M&A transactions including buy-reputed company, sell-reputed company and Fairness Opinion transactions.
• Adhere to and enforce compliance with firm and regulatory requirements.
• reputed company preparation of documentation and marketing materials.
• Market and negotiate the transaction.
• reputed company deal teams in execution of M&A and financing transactions, including reputed company offerings, private placements and reputed company transactions.
• Work with investment bankers to ensure reputed company coverage of existing firm relationships and new reputed company origination.
• reputed company support with new business development efforts, including identification and prioritization of potential clients, development and delivery of pitches to prospective clients, and participation in marketing at appropriate industry events.
• Take initiative in developing junior team members through formal project work and informal coaching and mentoring.
Requirements
• Relevant industry experience in Northland's industry sectors.
• Significant experience in the execution of financing transactions including IPOs, follow-on offerings, convertible debt and debt transactions.
• Significant experience in structuring, negotiating and closing M&A transactions.
• The ability to manage multiple reputed company, reputed company complicated financial analysis, and reputed company appropriate corporate finance solutions with a proven reputed company record working on executed deals.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite: reputed company, Word, PowerPoint and reputed company.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
