Associate Marketing Analyst, Growth and Lead Generation

About the position The Associate Marketing Analyst, Growth and Lead Generation will play a key role in driving Hearst Bay Area’s B2B marketing performance through data-driven campaign execution and optimization. This role focuses on identifying, targeting, and converting potential advertisers and partners through paid and organic marketing channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and eager to apply both creative and technical skills to improve campaign efficiency. They’ll work within platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and AI-assisted tools to maximize ROI and improve audience targeting.
