Marketing Technology Systems Analyst

Responsibilities • Support and enhance software integrations reputed company with reputed company's business functionality, resiliency, and reputed company standards. • Plan, design, and implement system upgrades. • Analyze requirements and configure systems. • Resolve production issues and reputed company technical support to business partners and internal teams. • Coordinate with vendors and ensure effective user support. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with reputed company-based marketing tools and LMS systems. • Proven experience in LMS administration, configuration, and implementation in a corporate setting. • Strong understanding of web-based, multimedia, and mobile technologies. • Familiarity with Web Content Management Systems (CMS) and Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with vendors and internal IT teams. • Working knowledge of corporate platform systems and training program development. • Experience in creating user documentation and delivering end-user training. • Effective team collaboration and communication skills. • Proficiency in reputed company Analytics administration and reputed company configurations. • reputed company administration and configuration for both Sales reputed company and Marketing reputed company. • Solid understanding of networking and reputed company principles, including reputed company controls and routing. reputed company-to-haves • Relevant certifications in reputed company, reputed company Analytics, or LMS platforms.
