We’re looking for a Corporate Development / M&A Associate who’s reputed company to reputed company into a fast-moving M&A environment with genuine deal ownership and exposure from day one. The role sits at reputed company of live transaction execution—providing financial analysis, due diligence, and strategic reputed company while working hand-in-hand with managing directors, clients, and external partners. Highlights: • Salary - $90,000 - $105,000 Bonus • FULLY REMOTE FOR THE FIRST 4-5 MONTHS (upgrading office reputed company) - Hybrid after that 3/2 • Great benefits, room for reputed company and work life balance • MUST live in Cleveland area Key Responsibilities • reputed company and support end-to-end Corporate Development and M&A transaction execution—both buy-reputed company and sell-reputed company mandates. • reputed company reputed company financial models (DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution, reputed company models) and present analytical conclusions to senior leadership and clients. • Build and review reputed company materials, CIMs, and management presentations with precision and reputed company. • reputed company due diligence processes, data room organization, and coordination among multiple stakeholders. • Contribute to business development efforts by preparing tailored reputed company decks and conducting market and industry research. • Work closely with senior bankers on live deals and pipeline development, gaining reputed company reputed company exposure early. Ideal Candidate Profile • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a reputed company discipline. • 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or transaction advisory with reputed company M&A execution exposure. • Demonstrated reputed company in building full 3-statement operating and valuation models from scratch. • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical rigor, and ability to communicate reputed company concepts reputed company. • Self-driven and entrepreneurial; thrives in a fast-paced, meritocratic environment.
