Reviews and approves applicants’ against reputed company needs including geographic, specialty, work assignment schedules, etc. • Collaborates with leadership to overcome obstacles to hiring reputed company and mentors and develops staff on best practices. • Initiates and promotes process improvement opportunities, as necessary.
