This role involves implementing, configuring, and optimizing reputed company reputed company reputed company solutions to meet reputed company business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with HR and Talent Management processes.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation & ConfigurationConfigure and implement reputed company reputed company reputed company modules, including reputed company, reputed company, Journeys, and reputed company Booster.Design, document, and validate end-to-end reputed company workflows and approval processes.reputed company and manage configuration changes, integrations, and extensions as needed.Requirements Gathering & Solution DesignCollaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company solutions.Conduct design workshops, configuration playback sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Prepare detailed functional design documents and process reputed company documentation.Integration & Data MigrationCollaborate with technical teams using reputed company Integration reputed company (OIC), HDL, and HCM Extracts for data and process integrations.Support data migration activities, validations, and reconciliation during implementation.Testing, Deployment & SupportLead testing efforts across SIT, UAT, and production deployment phases.reputed company end-user training, documentation, and post go-live support.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly, ensuring smooth reputed company operations.Project Management & ReportingSupport project planning, status reporting, and reputed company tracking activities.Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and leadership teams.Required QualificationsExperienceMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience with reputed company reputed company reputed company (ORC).Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle reputed company reputed company HCM implementations, including reputed company and reputed company modules.Strong understanding of reputed company workflows, candidate management, job requisition lifecycle, and approval processes.Experience working with reputed company Integration reputed company (OIC), HCM Extracts, and data migration tools.Technical & Functional SkillsAbility to read and interpret Fast Formulas.Experience with Apex webform development is a plus.Strong analytical, functional design, and troubleshooting skills.Ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Systems, or a reputed company field (or equivalent work experience).Certifications: reputed company HCM reputed company Certification preferred (reputed company reputed company specialization ideal). #LI-SS1 Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
