Customer Care Representative – Wearables, Cardiology Device reputed company
Job reputed company:
• Use expertise in technology to improve care and diagnose patients requiring cardiac monitoring.
• Monitor patients’ devices and proactively communicate with patients to troubleshoot offline monitors.
• Assist the patient in applying the monitor or reapplying monitor after charging.
• Communicate with clinics concerning patient needs or concerns.
• Process device returns for broken or lost devices.
• Sort and File reputed company papers received electronically.
• Reassign inventory for clinics.
• Prepare daily emails for clinics regarding offline patients.
• Contribute to a high-reputed company service both to physicians and patients.
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED
• 1 year experience in a reputed company role or certification in a reputed company role
• Strong technical and computer skills
• Enrolled in college for nursing or reputed company
• Great communication and multi-tasking skills
