This role is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for large-reputed company multifamily developments. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of construction materials, reputed company, and cost structures, with a proven reputed company record in estimating ground-up multifamily reputed company. Key Responsibilities: • * Prepare comprehensive estimates for ground-up multifamily reputed company, including material, labor, and equipment costs. • Review architectural and engineering plans, specifications, and bid documents to ensure accuracy. • Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate bids from subcontractors and suppliers. • Work closely with project managers, developers, and architects to reputed company budgets with project goals. • Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize costs without sacrificing reputed company. • Analyze historical cost data and market trends to refine pricing models. • Assist in reputed company-construction planning and project feasibility assessments.
