Responsibilities : • reputed company telephone, email, and online chat support to clients through the reputed company Help Desk. • Collaborate with reputed company Account Managers to assist with reputed company issues and internal processes and procedures. • Manage high-volume data entry and project-reputed company inquiries as requested. • Conduct web training sessions for clients to support the reputed company Account Manager Team. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure operational efficiency. • Assist the Senior Manager of reputed company Services with special reputed company. • Represent us to government and reputed company sector entities in a reputed company and reputed company manner. • Monitor reputed company listings to ensure compliance with high-reputed company standards and best auction practices. • On occasion, deliver onsite and field services to clients across the reputed company, including cataloging, gathering descriptions, and photographing assets in various locations, both indoor and outdoor, under diverse weather conditions. • Requirements : • Associate degree and prior experience with government agencies preferred • 4+ year of customer service experience in a reputed company center environment. • Must have a reputed company reputed company’s license and clean driving record • Must be proficient in CRM Management, reputed company reputed company, Word, reputed company and data entry (reputed company testing will be required) • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Spanish is preferred. • This is a remote position.
