We are already the most popular way to pay for many of the world’s top graduate programs and are rapidly growing our impact for undergraduate students. The Problem Over 600K parents use the Federal Parent loan program to help pay for college each year. The rules change in July 2026: new Parent PLUS limits mean many families will face funding gaps. When federal aid falls short, parents turn to private loans. Juno makes the process fair and transparent with side-by-side comparisons and clear costs—no guesswork, just informed decisions. Why Current Solutions Won’t Solve the Problem When students search for “private loans,” they’re routed to pay‑to‑play ads and generic listings—rarely the lowest cost. Juno fixes that: one waitlist prequalified, apples‑to‑apples comparisons and negotiated savings. Your mission Help as many undergraduate students and their parents learn about Juno as possible. The more people who join our wait list, the greater our ability to encourage lenders to reduce rates and expand eligibility. We're seeking a leader to own the P&L and full-funnel growth for undergraduate programs. Your efforts will ensure every future graduate gets fair, transparent financing options amid new federal caps. You'll build the playbook for reaching target schools, converting waitlist demand to funded loans, and establishing Juno as the go-to resource for student financing. This is a team-building role - start by doing the work yourself, prove the model, then build and lead the team you need to scale. What you’ll do • Own the Undergraduate P&L: Build and execute GTM strategy, hit growth targets, and drive Juno member growth • Scale distribution through partnerships: • Negotiate distribution with key organizations that can help us reach college students and their parents • Work with high schools to present Juno’s educational webinars and wait list to graduating seniors • Build relationships with financial aid offices at target schools • Build a campus ambassador network: Recruit, train, and manage high-performing students across key programs with clear KPIs and incentives • Execute multi-channel growth: • Partner with test prep companies and the admissions ecosystem • Run targeted campaigns aligned to application cycles • Develop content and webinars for key decision moments • Optimize the full funnel: Own conversion from when a prospective student joins Juno’s waitlist to their first funded loan—landing pages, lifecycle marketing, A/B testing, and attribution modeling • Drive cross-functional initiatives: Partner with product on feature development, lender relations on competitive rates, and compliance on messaging • Manage operations and analytics: Forecast pipeline, track cohort performance, optimize CAC/LTV, and manage budget allocation What We Offer Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance bonus with significant upside potential Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and retirement matching What We’re Looking For • Background: Typically 3–5+ years or an outlier track record (e.g., you scaled a campus network, ran national org programming, built a zero‑to‑one motion). • Preference for experience in professional services, management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups • Preference for an Owner‑operator who has owned a number in growth/BD/marketplaces/fintech/edtech or campus‑scale programs. • Exceptional writing & communication: you can craft compliant, persuasive copy for students, deans, and national orgs. • Bias to action: ship experiments frequently; instrument attribution; close loops with lender relations & compliance. • Tenacity: we work as hard as it takes to achieve our targets. The X-Factor • You lived it: Connections to organizations that can help scale our initiatives are a massive advantage (but not required) • You're hungry: Ready to own outcomes, not just make recommendations • You're scrappy: Will do whatever it takes to win • You're magnetic: Can recruit and inspire great people Compensation: $150k–$250k, including performance upside tied to growth milestones.
