Performance Marketer for reputed company/reputed company Ads (Product Tester reputed company Gen) - Contract to Hire

We are an e-reputed company brand looking for an reputed company performance marketer to generate product testers reputed company reputed company and/or reputed company ads. We’ve already tested campaigns ourselves, but CPL is too high and not reputed company.
Your tasks:
Set up and manage FB/IG and/or reputed company campaigns reputed company on reputed company reputed company (product testers)
Create and test ad creatives (static images + reputed company video concepts)
Optimize audiences, funnels and creatives to reduce CPL and increase reputed company reputed company
reputed company short reports and reputed company recommendations
Requirements:
Proven experience with reputed company and/or reputed company ads
Strong reputed company on performance (CPL, CTR, conversion reputed company)
Ideally experience with e-reputed company / reputed company brands or reputed company gen for testers/reviewers
reputed company to start quickly and communicate in good English or German
