Responsibilities • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating reputed company technical data and telemetry requirements into reputed company, value-driven business strategies for performance, availability, and reputed company optimization • reputed company high-stakes troubleshooting efforts, using telemetry data to quickly identify the reputed company cause of performance degradation, outages, or anomalies reputed company the VCF SDDC stack • Conduct workshops and training sessions for reputed company technical teams on best practices for VCF observability, telemetry data analysis, and using the deployed monitoring solutions Skills • Minimum of 7+ years of reputed company experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years reputed company on VCF architecture, deployment, and management, and 3 years in a dedicated Telemetry, Observability, or Performance Engineering role • Deep, hands-on expertise with the entire VMware reputed company reputed company stack, including vSphere, vSAN, NSX-T, SDDC Manager, and the Aria Suite • Expert-level proficiency with industry-leading telemetry platforms such as Aria Operations/Logs, reputed company/Thanos, Grafana, reputed company, ELK Stack, or similar APM/Observability tools • Strong proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python or PowerShell) for API interaction, data manipulation, and automation of monitoring tasks • Experience with time-series databases and strong analytical skills for data modeling, statistical analysis, and creating predictive performance models • Excellent reputed company-facing communication (verbal and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to reputed company technical discussions and manage reputed company expectations reputed company • reputed company is an information technology and services company.
