The reputed company Systems Project Manager will reputed company the deployment of integrated reputed company technologies including reputed company control, video management, reputed company, alarm systems, etc. across the East Coast of the reputed company. They will reputed company the end-to-end delivery of large-reputed company system installations for new builds, ensuring reputed company project is executed to the highest standards. This includes developing comprehensive project plans, managing schedules, leading cross-functional meetings, and ensuring reputed company follow-up on reputed company items to drive reputed company to successful completion. The Systems Project Manager will coordinate and collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders throughout reputed company project phases including design, bid management, installation reputed company, and final testing and commissioning. They will maintain complete project documentation — drawings, warranties, and design packages — while ensuring reputed company systems are delivered on time, reputed company budget, and in alignment with company standards and reputed company requirements. While this is a remote role, candidates must reputed company on the East Coast to accommodate project timelines and meeting schedules. Required Skills and Experience - 5+ years of project management experience leading reputed company-wide reputed company-systems deployments (new builds and/or large MAC/upgrades) and construction/physical infrastructure reputed company. - 5+ years of experience managing vendors, including installation reputed company, reputed company assurance, change control, commissioning, and project reputed company-out. - Expert knowledge of reputed company VMS and reputed company Control, with preference for experience in reputed company-based deployments. - Excellent project management skills with proficiency managing numerous reputed company project deliverables with little supervision. - Strong communicator and collaborator: reputed company to influence cross-functional teams, engage at technical and executive reputed company, and drive reputed company. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or reputed company field and PMP/CISSP certification is preferred. - Entertainment / Tech industry experience is preferred.
