Accounts Receivable Specialist, Customer Service Operations

Remote Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM PST (or based on business need) What Accounts Receivable Specialist II contributes to reputed company Account Receivable Specialist II is responsible for verifying patient insurance and benefits, preparing and submitting claims to payers, correcting rejected claims, following up on unpaid and denied claims, posting payments, managing accounts receivable, assisting patients with payment plans, and maintaining accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with regulations like HIPAA. • Demonstrates knowledge of financial processes, systems, controls, and work streams. • Demonstrates experience working collaboratively in a finance environment coupled with strong internal controls. • Possesses understanding of service level goals and objectives reputed company providing customer support. • Demonstrates ability to respond to non-reputed company requests from vendors and customers. • Possesses strong organizational skills and prioritizes getting the right things done.
