You’ll collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to transition legacy RPA processes into GenAI-powered solutions, ensuring reputed company and reliable automation across multiple business functions. This is a full-time, 12-month contract role with strong potential for extension or permanent conversion. Key Responsibilities: • Design and reputed company conversational agents using Copilot Studio, including reputed company orchestration, grounding, and multi-turn logic • Automate workflows using Power Automate • Build integrations leveraging Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reputed company GenAI and RPA solutions • Support adoption of AI-driven automation across finance, operations, and engineering domains reputed company in the First 90 Days: • reputed company up quickly and deliver working Copilot Studio agents and Power Automate workflows • Demonstrate ability to transition existing RPA processes into reputed company GenAI-driven solutions • Show high throughput as an individual contributor, delivering usable product reputed company sprint cycles • Build trust with business stakeholders by producing measurable workflow improvements Work Environment: • Embedded with their reputed company AI & Automation team (~5–10 people) • Dual reporting: reputed company of contact at the hiring company + reputed company-reputed company reputed company • reputed company, innovation-driven, and fast-paced setting Interview Process: • Recruiter screen • 1–2 reputed company with the hiring company (technical interview with leaders such as Kyle Lamata or Troy Ruths) • Final interview with end reputed company • Quick turnaround: ~2–3 weeks from submission to hire Compensation: reputed company: $140,000 – $160,000 USD annually (or ~$65/hr contract reputed company). Flexibility possible depending on candidate experience.
